Bamboo Lyocell: Comfort meets conscious living

Our journey with sustainable fabrics began with bamboo. When we first launched Finix, our pre-launch collection featured a series of t-shirts made from bamboo fabric. Bamboo is one of the most renewable crops, requiring no pesticides and minimal water.

Beyond its sustainability, bamboo fabric is a dream to wear. It offers:

• Temperature regulation: Naturally cool on the skin, perfect for all climates.

• Breathability & moisture absorption: Wicks moisture away, keeping you fresh.

At the time, very few fashion brands were utilising bamboo fabric beyond bedding or baby clothing, but we saw its potential for everyday wear. Today, bamboo Lyocell remains a core fabric in our Genesis Collection, blending sustainability with lasting comfort.

TENCEL™: Responsible fashion that feels good

TENCEL™ has been a staple in our collections from the beginning. Our first FREEDOM Noragi Jacket, which has since become an iconic Finix piece, was made using a TENCEL™ blend with cupro and linen. We love TENCEL™ because it is made from sustainably sourced wood pulp through a closed-loop process that recycles nearly all the water and solvents used. The result? A fabric that is:

• Soft, breathable & moisture-wicking

• Gentle on the skin

• Durable & long-lasting

Linen: A timeless, earth-friendly fabric

Linen is one of the oldest and most sustainable fabrics available. Made from the flax plant, it requires little water and no pesticides to grow. It is highly durable and actually becomes softer with each wash, making it a long-term investment in any wardrobe. Linen’s breathability and ability to regulate body temperature make it a perfect choice for year-round wear.

Introducing our ARIAKE Collection: 100% TENCEL™ linen

With sustainability at the forefront of our designs, we launched the ARIAKE Collection at Boutiques in November last year, featuring pieces crafted from 100% TENCEL™ Linen. This fabric combines the luxurious drape of TENCEL™ with the timeless texture of linen. The result is a collection that embodies effortless elegance while staying true to our commitment to sustainability.

We chose this fabric for its:
