Return & Exchange Instructions
How to Return or Exchange Your Order (for local Singapore-based residents)
We’re here to make your return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Step 2: Await Our Response
Once we’ve received your request, our customer service team will assess it and get back to you within 3–4 business days with the next steps.
Step 3: Return / Exchange Options
If your request is approved, local customers have two options:

In-Store Exchange – Visit us during our opening hours (Tue–Sun, 11am–7pm) and our staff will process your exchange on the spot.

Mail-In Return – Ship your items back (in original packaging with price tags/hangtags attached) to:

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you believe your return was wrongly rejected, you may appeal via email with supporting evidence. Finix reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns.
Step 4: Prepare Your Parcel
If mailing your item back, please ensure the following:

Pack the item(s) securely in a durable, waterproof mailer or box

Include the original receipt or packing slip inside the parcel

Seal the package properly and paste the shipping label clearly on the outside
⚠️ Finix is not responsible for lost or misplaced return parcels. Please ensure your package is securely sealed and labeled.
Step 5: Confirmation & Review
Once we receive your parcel, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Our inventory team will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the outcome.
Summary of Return/Exchange Outcomes
1. Return & Refund – Approved
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Return or Exchange – Rejected
If not approved, you may:

Appeal the decision with supporting evidence, or
-
Retrieve your item (a $5 delivery fee applies), or
-
Abandon the item (no refund or exchange will be issued).
3. Exchange – Approved
If approved, your replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.
