How to Return or Exchange your Order

We're here to make your return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below to start a return/exchange:

 

Step 1: Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Please email us at orders@finiswear.com with the following details:

For Returns / Refunds:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address used for the order

  • Order Reference Number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

For Exchanges:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address used for the order

  • Order Reference Number

  • Item(s) you wish to exchange

  • Reason for exchange

  • Desired replacement item(s), including size, colour, or pattern

 

Step 2: Await our response

Once we’ve received your request, our customer service team will assess it and contact you with the next steps within 3-4 business days


Step 3: Schedule Pickup

If your return/exchange request is approved, we will schedule a pickup date with you

If you believe your return was wrongly rejected, you may appeal via email with supporting evidence. Finix reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns.

 

Step 4: Prepare Your Parcel

You will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label from us or our delivery partner.

Please ensure the following before pickup:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in a durable, waterproof mailer or box

  • Include the original receipt or packing slip inside the parcel (for verification)

  • Seal the package properly and paste the shipping label clearly on the outside

Finix is not responsible for lost or misplaced return parcels. Please ensure the package is properly sealed and labeled. 


Step 5: Confirmation & Review

Once your package has been received, we will send you a confirmation email.
Our inventory team will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the final outcome.

 

Summary of Return/Exchange Outcomes

1. Return & Refund – Approved

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Return or Exchange – Rejected

  • If your request is not approved, you may:

  • Appeal the decision by providing supporting evidence, or

  • Choose to retrieve your item: A $5 delivery fee will be charged to send it back to you, or

  • Abandon the item: No refund or exchange will be issued.

3.  Exchange – Approved

  • If your exchange request is approved, your replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.
