Orders & Delivery

Do you have a self-collect option?

No, we don’t. As we do not have a physical store at the moment, all our products will be shipped.

Do you ship locally (Singapore) and internationally?

Yes we do!

Local (Singapore) Delivery

Delivery is free for Singapore addresses on orders over $75 SGD.

You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 – 4 business days from the date of order placed.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.

Note: During sale periods, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the increase in volume.

International Delivery

Regular Shipping: ~10 – 22 days from the date of order

  • Malaysia, Brunei – $10 SGD
  • ASEAN countries – $15 SGD
  • Rest of Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand) – $20 SGD
  • Australia, New Zealand and Japan – $25 SGD
  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom – $30 SGD
  • Other countries not listed: $35 SGD

If you would like express delivery (i.e. ~4 – 7 business days), kindly reach out to us (email/Contact Us/IG/FB Messenger) before you make your purchase and we will do the necessary calculations and arrangements for you.

Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Unfortunately, Finix Wear does not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.

Can I change my order details?

We process orders quickly and we will do our best to help you with any changes in your order.

Please note that once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will no longer be possible for us to make any changes.

Send us a note as soon as possible at orders@finixwear.com if you need to make any changes.

How do I track my orders?

Once you’ve placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you shortly to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS to alert you that your package is on its way along with an order tracking number.

For local delivery, your orders should reach you in 2 – 4 business days. During high sales seasons (e.g. 11.11 Singles Day, Black Friday, Christmas and Chinese New Year), expect deliveries to take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the difference between a Return, Refund and an Exchange?

Under our Returns & Exchanges policy, what constitutes a  “Return” (or “Refund”) is when the item(s) you purchased from us did not meet your expectations for one reason or another and you are looking for a full/partial refund upon return of the item(s).

An “Exchange” on the other hand means that you would like to exchange the item you purchased from us for the same item(s) but of a different variation (i.e. size/colour/pattern) – OR for a completely different product of equal or higher value (price wise). You may also request for “Exchange” for items that arrived to you damaged (e.g. stained/ripped).

Please note that we check and document all our orders before shipping out.

What is Finix Wear’s exchange policy? 

Return/Refund – Available on unworn items within 14 days from date of shipment.

Exchanges – Available on unworn items within 14 days from date of shipment.

To start a Return/Exchange process, please email us at orders@finixwear.com with the following details:

For Return/Refund:

  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order reference number
  • Colour and size of the item(s) desired for return
  • Reason for returning your purchase (e.g. too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)

For Exchange:

  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order reference number
  • Colour and size of the item(s) desired for return
  • Reason for exchanging your purchase (e.g. too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)
  • Colours and sizes of the replacement item(s) you want

**Items returned or exchanged are to be in original condition, i.e.

  • have all tags intact (if any)
  • in their original packaging
  • no visible stains or damages to the apparel(s)
  • free from any obvious and non-neutral odours (e.g. cigarette smoke, food/oil, body sweat, perfume/garment scents)
  • unwashed (i.e. free from any detergent/washing powder smells)

Item(s) will not be eligible for Returns/Exchanges if they do not meet one or more of the above criteria. 

Sale/Marked-down items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Items bought on Pre-order are also not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

All returns/exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our address. Finix Wear is not responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.

If we made a mistake with the delivery of your order (e.g. wrong address written, wrong item shipped, etc.), we are committed to rectifying the problem.

However, if it was a mistake on your end (e.g. provided us with the wrong delivery details, accidentally placed an order on the wrong item/size/colour, etc.), a re-delivery fee of $5 SGD will be administered if you do not inform us of your incorrect delivery details within 12 hours of your order.

Cancellation – Once orders are confirmed and processed, no cancellations are allowed once they’ve been packed and ready to ship.

First Time Buyer Discount – kindly note that we do not allow returns/refunds for all apparels purchased using the first time buyer discount code but we will be happy to assist with an exchange

How do I make an exchange or return?

I received a defective/incorrect order, what should I do?

Get in touch! We apologise for the inconvenience caused!

  • Full name
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Order Reference Number
  • Description of the defect. For incorrect orders, please let us know your correct order and what you actually got from us.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect order (for incorrect size, please send us a general photograph of the item and a zoomed in shot of the size label).

Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.
